IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE TOTAL AMOUNT EXCLUDING SHIPMENT COST.  PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHIPMENT COSTS WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM.

    WE WILL MAKE THE REFUND TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT ONCE ITEM IS RECEIVED AND HAS UNDERGONE A QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION. REFUNDS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL BE PROCESSED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AFTER THE RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.

THE MONEY WILL USUALLY BE AT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM WHEN WE RECEIVE THE ITEM(S).

IN CASE YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE TO ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOR PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER ONLINE ON THE WANTED ITEMS AND RETURN THE UNWANTED ITEM TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

In case you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or color send us an email on info@iamm.ca, so we can make sure that your desired size or color is available.

In case you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or color or you would like a different product, we simply ask you to return your original purchase and then purchase the new desired product at herskindofficial.ca

Returns and refunds

Upon return of your item, please note that we will not refund the shipping costs. If you want to exchange your item, please return this to us and place a new order at online with the wanted item. We can only refund the money back to the same card used when purchasing the item.
